The Rulebook the Fellowship runs on
Every rule document the Fellowship runs on, in two families: the Governance Suite (Layers 0 to 3, Docs 1 to 14) and the Community Governance Series (Documents 1 to 3).
Two families, separate numbering
“Doc 5” means the Governance Charter in the suite. “Document 2” means How a Chapter Works in the community series.

The Governance Suite
Four layers, fourteen documents.
Identity
What cannot change. Who we are, everywhere.Vision & Mission Statement
What the Fellowship exists to do and the convictions every other document answers to. The mission and core values sit behind the supermajority wall.
Doc 2Member Pledge
The commitments every member makes on joining. Distributed as part of member onboarding; produced and maintained centrally.
Doc 3Code of Conduct
The behavioural floor for all platforms, all events and all public conduct. Four-step enforcement ladder, right of appeal, mandatory safeguarding reporting.
Doc 4Brand & IP Policy
Who owns the Fellowship's identity and how it may be used. Chapter brand licence, design rules, sponsorship limits, enforcement and exit provisions.
Governance
How we decide.Governance Charter
The formal terms of chapter leadership and the centre's reciprocal commitments: terms, responsibilities, independent powers and removal grounds.
Doc 6Decision Rights Matrix
The definitive answer to “who decides what” across ten domains, in three columns: centre-owned, chapter-owned, and shared or requiring approval.
Doc 7Voting & Proposals Process
How proposals are raised, discussed and decided, and who is eligible to vote on what. Carries the mechanics behind the Transition's promises.
Operations
How we run things.Slack Workspace Architecture
The structure of the global coordination workspace: channel naming by city, the global channels every chapter plugs into, and who administers what.
Doc 9Member Onboarding Flow
How a new member joins and lands well: the onboarding guide, the welcome path into channels and chapters, and the first touchpoints.
Doc 10Chapter Director Onboarding & Handbook
The First 30 Days playbook for a new chapter: setup by Central, the Starter Kit, published service levels and the chapter lifecycle.
Doc 11Event Framework & Runbook
How every Fellowship event is planned, run and reported — including the Minor Safeguarding Protocol and the photography consent workflow.
Expression
What we do and show the world.AI World Cup
The flagship competition's rulebook: one standard format, qualifying spots that scale with chapter size, and recognition that can never be bought.
Doc 13Social Proof & Communications Playbook
The Fellowship's voice in public: channel cadences and roles, what Central posts versus what chapters post, and the five content pillars.
Doc 14Chapter Application & Approval Process
How a chapter comes into existence, and how it can be paused or closed: application, probation, suspension grounds and closure appeals.
The Community Governance Series
Three documents.
The Transition
How the Fellowship moves from founder-led to community-governed: what the Stewards hold in trust, four phases with entry criteria, and the supermajority wall.
Document 2How a Chapter Works
The chapter team, the role ladder and how people are chosen — with honest time expectations, succession rules and the right to contest a decision.
Document 3The Legal Structure
How the Fellowship exists in law: the nonprofit that holds the brand in trust, what a chapter is and is not, money, liability and volunteer protection.
